An Ambition Realised…

Poetry featured in Bloodaxe

jpegWhat a great way to continue 2015, with the fantastic news that one of my poems will be published by the great Bloodaxe Books.

In their words:

Bloodaxe Books has revolutionised poetry publishing in Britain over the past 35 years. Internationally renowned for quality in literature and excellence in book design, our authors and books have won virtually every major literary award given to poetry, from the T.S. Eliot Prize and Pulitzer to the Nobel Prize. And books like the Staying Alive trilogy have broken new ground by opening up contemporary poetry to many thousands of new readers.

I’m honoured to be a part of the upcoming anthology Hallelujah for 50ft Women: Poems About Women’s Relationships to their Bodiesreleased on 23rd April. The anthology is edited by Raving Beauties – a revolutionary women’s theatre company well worth checking out if you haven’t already.

Truly an ambition realised.
